It Takes the Right Light. Beside the photographer, the most important ingredient to great photos is the quality of light.
That is why we’ve invested in Profoto lighting. Profoto’s quality, consistancy, and durability is why they can be found in studio rental houses all over the world. It is the brand by which all others are measured. Lighting is a place you cannot take shortcuts!
With the right light we make excellent images!

The quality of glass is more important than the quality of your camera! We’ve worked very hard to use great glass so we can make great images in a variety of situations!
Zoom Lenses
In a constantly changing environment we carry zoom lenses. Our lenses are fast, quiet, and professional grade. For the most part they are weather sealed. They allow us to capture your memories so you’ll always have them, no matter what the weather is doing! “What good is a photographer if he has to go inside when it starts to rain?”
We maintain a selection of prime lenses for extreme quality. When you are gauging the quality of a lens one thing check is the ƒ-stop range. This is the aperture. The smaller the number the more light the lens allows into the camera. A professional level lens should have an ƒ-stop of 2.8 or smaller. This isn’t always true in the shortest and longest of lenses, but it is usually true. We try to do at least that well.
Lens flare can be a problem, a great lens will be coated to prevent this. The best of the best coatings is made my Pentax. These lenses have the designation SMC or Super Multi-Coated.
We have have a wide selection of lenses so that whether we are needing to take a picture of an entire church sanctuary in very little light, or needing to capture the facial expressions of a young man in the back we can do just that.
Another question is are the lenses sharp. That’s another area where Pentax shines. Perhaps the sharpest lens ever made is the Pentax 31mm limited. The glass is a huge reason I shoot Pentax.
With Excellent glass we make excellent images!

The cameras we use have plenty of resolution power. Many photographers have forsaken the beautiful work of medium format cameras, we have embraced it.
For photos to display over your sofa or larger, this type of camera really makes a difference.
The Pentax 645d uses over 40 megapixels to give sharp large images. They are weather-sealed so I can keep working no matter what is happening outside. Pentax gives me creative flexibility no other brand can muster and provides an effective shake resistant system for shooting in lower-light situations.
